By accessing or using the EdgeVal website, joining the waitlist, or using any EdgeVal product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. EdgeVal is currently in a pre-launch phase, and these Terms apply to all visitors and users during that period.

2. About EdgeVal

EdgeVal is a trading discipline and workflow tool designed to help active traders build and follow a structured pre-entry process. It provides tools for creating custom checklists, validating trade setups against user-defined criteria, tracking daily routines, and reviewing past decisions. EdgeVal is an organizational and process tool — it is not a financial product, brokerage, trading platform, or advisory service of any kind.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the EdgeVal website or within the EdgeVal product constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice. Any examples, checklists, UI content, sample setups, or educational material are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not represent recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment or trading decisions.

4. No Trading Signals

EdgeVal does not provide trade signals, trade alerts, market calls, entry or exit recommendations, broker recommendations, or any form of managed trading. EdgeVal does not tell you what to trade, when to trade, or how to size your positions. All trading decisions are made solely by you. EdgeVal exists to help you apply your own strategy and rules more consistently — nothing more.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, risk management, and financial outcomes. By using EdgeVal, you acknowledge that:

6. Account / Waitlist Access

During the pre-launch period, access to EdgeVal is managed through a waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate or future access to the product. EdgeVal reserves the right to grant, limit, or revoke access at any time during the pre-launch or beta phase. You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist or creating an account and to keep that information current.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EdgeVal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Your own checklist content, trading notes, and personal data remain yours.

EdgeVal is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of any third-party service. Links to third-party websites from the EdgeVal site are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement of those services or their content.

EdgeVal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or security vulnerabilities. Because EdgeVal is in a pre-launch and active development phase, features may change, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable without prior notice. We make no warranty that EdgeVal will meet your specific requirements or produce any particular trading outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability
